Determination of factors that affect household housing preferenceses in Bolu downtown

In this study, it was aim to determine socio-economic and demographic factors thathave impact in the process of housing purchasing and to determine consumer readiness andnecessity.In the first section of the study, importance, comprehension and objectives of thestudy were introduced. In the first chapter of the study, information about housing andhousing sector was given. In the second chapter, the information about objectives,comprehension, data and method of the study was given. In the third chapter, findings obtainfrom analysis were reported. In the last section of the study, conclusion and discussions wasgiven.According to the findings obtain to this study, it was find that socio economic anddemographic factors such as age, income level, size of family and number of children haveimpact on housing preferences in Bolu. In addition to this findings it was found that most ofthe household desire to have high quality and reliable, practicable, easy marketable houses.Key Worlds: Consumer Pereferences, Housing, Demografic Factors.
