The transcription and evaluation of the work which is named: Bölüğün muharebeye i̇hzari; nefer, kitaa, takim ve bölüğün usul-ü talim ve terbiyesi (Kolağasi Osman Nuri)

In this study, the translation and evaluation of Osman Nuri Koptagel's work titled 'The Preparation of the Company for Combat; The Usul-ü Talim ve Terbiyesi of Nefer, Kıtaa, Team and Company' has been translated and evaluated. Based on the information in the work, it was tried to reveal the importance of company training during the preparation of an army for battle. In the first part of the study, which consists of five different sections under the main title of Findings and Interpretations, information about Osman Nuri Koptagel's life is given. Osman Nuri Pasha's life was written by placing the military safahat document at the centre. In the second chapter, Military Innovation and Education in the Ottoman Army Organisation, the reforms made in the army from the beginning of the 18th century to the first period of the 20th century and the modern military schools established in the western style are discussed. In the third chapter, information about the work titled 'İhzarı; Nefer, Kıtaa, Takım ve Bölüğün Usul-ü Talim ve Terbiyesi' was given and the work was introduced. In the fourth chapter, the evaluation of the work is made from a critical point of view. The last chapter includes the transcription of the work.
