Abstract (EN)

In this research, effect of boron doping on physical properties and battery performance of LiMn2O4 spinel cathode material are investigated. In this scope LiMn2O4, Li(Mn0.9875B0.0125)2O4, Li(Mn0.9750B0.0250)2O4, Li(Mn0.9500B0.0500)2O4, cathode materials are synthesized via solid state reaction method and electrochemical tests were carried under appropriate conditions. According to the results of this study boron doped Li(Mn0.9875B0.0125)2O4, Li(Mn0.9750B0.0250)2O4, Li(Mn0.9500B0.0500)2O4 cathodes are suffer less capacity loss compared to the pristine LiMn2O4 especially on long cycles.
