Özet (EN)

Aim: Different Boron derivatives observation of cervical cancer cell line growth and apoptosis pathways were investigated.Materials and Methods: American tissue cell carcinoma of the cervix culture commercially from the HTB-32 and CCL-62 cervical cell lines and suitable conditions have been optimized and animal cell culture laboratory of the Department of Bioengineering, Ege University Faculty of Engineering, all cell culture studies were conducted. Set the required growth conditions and cell kinetics of these cell lines were measured by MTT.Boric acid (H3BO3), borax pentahydrate (Na2B4O7.5H2O) and disodium pentaborate decahydrate (Na2O.5B2O3.10H2O) was applied in different concentrations.Caspase-Glo 3 / 7 Assay, caspase-Glo 8 Assay, caspase-Glo 9 Assay, and Annexin V-FITC apoptosis analysis was performed with the kits.Data, Annexin V and caspase chi-square test for testing Vad FMK, caspase 3 / 7, caspase 8, caspase 9 in the Student's t and ANOVA tests were used for testing. Odd Ratio of rates within 95% confidence interval were evaluated statistically using SPSS 10.0.Conclusion and discussion; HTB-32 cell line, the rate of vitality in suppressing DPD, the effective dose olmaktadır.En all the doses effective 1000µM was 5. day.
