Abstract (EN)
In this research, it has been evaluated cytotoxicity, genotoxicity, hyaluronic acid and its metabolism, as well as the use of boron in living organisms. As a result of the evaluation, we have developed a hypothesis that toxicity is already low for mammals and it is already being used in the treatment of many diseases in the field of health, at the same time the use of new applications in the treatment of cancer disease will not result in cytotoxic, genotoxic or proliferative effect. We have also developed another hypothesis that the hyaluronic acid will not have any cytotoxic, genotoxic or proliferative effect due to its non-immunogenic and proliferative nature with the same approach and its absence in the structure of malignant tumors. According to this study; Boron and hyaluronic acid which we have hypothesized that there would not be cytotoxic, genotoxic and proliferative effects of boron-bearing hyaluronic acid-based tissue skeletons on the cell in any way, evaluation has been reached.
