Although, the game theory is a work of numerical science, it is being used at social science requently. Aim of the game theory is researching the strategies of rival and used methods in developing these strategies. At the branch of economy and espacially at the stock exchange, in appropriating the share certificate owner as player, and exchanging of these certificates as the play, it?s clear that there are a lot of usage areas of game theory at stock exchange. In this thesis at first, explained the basic concepts about the game theory, variety of games and the methods of the game strategy determination. It?s necessary to understand the affinity between the stock exchange and game theory. At the moment, there are hundreds of share certificates and millions of owners of these certificates. I have worked with 5 share certificates different from real ones, and 4 owners to light the way for understanding the exchange logic. Total summary is fixed, but gain and loss between players and between certificates dependent on determinated strategies is the base of this thesis.
