The relationship between the shares traded at Borsa Istanbul and their accouting data: An industry application

Investors in financial markets are becoming gradually conscious., To have excellence perspective in investment decisions, accompanied by developing institutional investment, comes out as well in our country. Accounting information of companies are becoming vital with TMS-TFRS regulations. Because of those reasons, in our study, it is searched to what extent investors take accounting information into account for investment decisions and to what extend share prices are affected from accounting information of businesses.
