Abstract (EN)
Keywords: Spaced Shear Walls, Shear Walls, Finite Elements Method, Horizontal Displacement. In the analyse and designing of the structure under earthquake loads, it is also important to limit the horizontal displacements of the system. Share walls give different structural response when constructed with voids. With the increase of the cavity dimensions, system behavior approaches the frame system, away from the behavior of the console fence simulated curtain wall. In this study, the displacements of hollow curtain walls under horizontal loads and shear bottom shear forces, variation of void ratios and bond beam heights, shear force and moment variation in curtains and frames, full shear and shear forces occurring in hollow curtains, and the shear strength of the selected ground floor columns. The results are compared with curtain wall models with door openings on each floor. In case of external axis or internal axis of hollow gaps, the results of modeling in IDECAD are surveyed for different gaps in hollow gaps and for different gusset heights in the same gap and the effect on building behavior is surveyed. In conclusion of the work, it presents economically to project producers in hollow curtain design.
