Social structure in step culture

The aim of this study; in which we discuss the state apprehension in Turkish politic culture, is analysing the components that affecting the rising, growth and form of state apprehension; trying to determine that how the state concept and apprehension had been formed, its phases, the components constituting the state, functions and powers of the crown, constitutional features of state organizaton and powers of the head of state, government, advisory boards and administrators. Besides the scope of this study is the Steppe Turks; a general viewpoint is also presented to reader. This study of ours has been composed by considering the written sources in conformity with history search and evaluation methods. During completing our study; the books and articles written related to subject have been used. Juristic works, works about Turkish state tradition and Turkish history have been used in the terminological and juristic analysis of subjects. The Turks; being one of the most ancient nations; have a great historical and cultural accumulation. As the other nations lived on a definite land; the Turks lived on various areas of the world,and established so many states. The most important establishment for the Turks is the state. Rising and development of political culture and the apprehension of the state are closely related to the factors such as life style of the society, its economical activities, climate, geography, population. The steppe life has an important place in rising and development of Turkish political culture. The Turks, established so many states in history; have a political culture and state experience in a wide range. The Turks, reaching today by passing through a wide historical line, have gone down to the world history with this characteristic and existed with apprehension of integrity of state and nation.
