In an age where social, economic and political conditions force conditions to uniformity throughout the world, human existence has been pushed to be in line with given conditions and conform; is unable to find any alternative but to adapt and to abide; has become insane enough to accept continuity as stability even if the conditions are abysmal.Bertolt Brecht has been an influential theatre practicioner in furthering the artistic viewpoint aimed at enabling people to look with a fresh eye on their economic and social conditions and to be control of their lives.Enabling his words to have effect in today's conditions and in this country is an artistic problem for today's theatre practicioners. If the aim is to enable today's audience to view their conditions in a new light then, first and foremost, the artists who wish to enable this must be able to exercise the said new viewpoint themselves.This work is an attempt to identify the basic tools needed to stage Bertolt Brecht's epic theatrical interpretation in today's world and this country.
