Özet (EN)
Brucellosis,is seen especialy in the east and southeast of turkey in spring and summers,is a zoonotic infection. The basic contagion way is consumption of milk and milk products without cooking. The most important risk group is the man who engaged with agriculture and animal husbandry. Brucellosis is a multi system that shows multi clinical reports. Especially high night sweats with fever accompanied by widespread muscle-joint pain should consider brucellosis. Brucellosis causes evidence in blood values like leucopenia, anemia, and thrombocytopenia. This diagnosis decrease to normal level within 1-2 weeks with the necessary medical treatment, and it doesn't cause serious problem to the patient and physician. in biochemical parameters ALT,AST,SEDİM, and CRP levels usually causes to slight increase. While Brucellesis generally causes osteoarticular system involvement, other system involvement is rarely seen. The size of the liver and spleen are the most common ultrasonographic diagnosis. The most frequently used method in definite diagnosis of brucellosis is blood culture, its positivity is influenced by many other factors. Using uncontrolled antibiotics decrease blood culture positivity rate to %50-60. The most commonly used serological tests to diagnose are , rose bengal, STA and brucella capture tests. Although sensitivities of these tests, both among themselves as well as non-serious differences in the stages of brucellosis, it is basically have an accuracy of over %90 reliable diagnostic methods. İn clinical follow-up even if we think the illness is brucellosis but rose bengal and STA are negative, the brucella capture test may be positive. Therefore, rose bengal and STA tests were clinically negative, but the thought of brucellosis, especially in patients with chronic brucellosis brucella capture.tests is done can be lead to find this kind of diagnosis.
