Abstract (EN)
Although there were not a concurrence of opinion according to protocol, CT scan of uroghraphy was taken by supine positions. The aim of this study to evaluate the effects of uroghraphy by prone positions while CT scan uropgraphy in the phase of urogram.Between April 2004 and November 2008 randomly by prone and supine positions taken CT scan uroghraphs of 208 patients has been included for study. The both kidneys of 9 patients and one kidney of 28 patients ( 16 right, 12 left-kidney) has been excluded from study. Total 199 patients and 370 renal collecting duct systems has been evaluated.Immature axial data and visualization ıf coronal 5mm soft and thick sections Maksimum Intensity Projection (MIP) have been evaluate by uninformed and independent two radiologists. The case of significant differences of results has been checked by a third radiologist.Renal collecting duct systems, ureters and bladder included for radiological investigations. Anatomically divided the renal collecting duct systems in seven part as superior, medial and inferior calyxes, infindubulums and pelvis, ureter has been divided three part whereby axial sections as proximal, mid and distal part. Visualizations of filling and dilatation of collecting duct systems in uroghraphy phase has been evaluated out of grade.Statistical evaluation were descriptive statistics, chi- square test, Fisher?s exact test, Spearman correlaiton test. Results has been analysed with SPSS 13.0 (Chicago,IL;USA).Filling of the patients with out mid ünfundibuler dilatation and with severe dilatation of mid infundibuler and with severe dilatation of pole calyx and pelvis, with out dilatation of distal ureter and bladder has been beter evaluated by the supinepositions imaginations. Statistically there was no significant difference between the other regions.
