Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is; is to determine the effect of the bacterium isolated from the rhizosphere of the wild wheat plant on the wheat plant development by immobilizing. In study; Isolation was made from rhizosphere and rhizosphere perimeter of the wild wheat. Bacteria in these regions were then isolated by means of specific media. The obtained isolates were immobilized in groups according to the determined procedure. After the immobilization, the beads were planted in the soil together with the wheat. Leaf diameter, stem diameter, number of siblings and root length were determined as growth parameters of wheat. According to findings; resulted in an increase in all growth parameters of the Şİ-38 bead group compared to the control.
