Abstract (EN)
Pesticides are one of the indispensable elements of modern agriculture. However, uncontrolled and excessively used pesticides cause many environmental pollution. Environmental contamination is also caused by the inaccuracies of the pesticides and the disposal of the increased drugs. Because of these conditions, pesticides have a toxic effect on many living things. In this study, toxic analysis of pesticides was evaluated and residual pesticide in wheat and soil was investigated. In this study, the aim is to investigate pesticides, to evaluate the environmental and human health status in terms of toxicity and the amount of pesticide residues in wheat plants and to evaluate these results and offer solutions. In the study, toxicity of pesticides was determined by Lepidium sativum toxicity test and analysis was performed for the residue in wheat and soil. According to the researched literature, the use of some pesticides that have been banned due to damages of pesticides such as aldrin has been restricted. In the analysis, residual µg/kg levels in wheat were found as 0.003 mg / kg in the soil level. Lepidium sativum toxicity tests were very toxic as a result of toxic unit evaluation for both insecticides and herbicides. In the study, the results of the Lepidium sativum toxicity test were more toxic than the pesticide called pesticide insecticide when it was examined in terms of pesticide varieties. Pesticides are very toxic hazardous substances. Therefore pesticide use should be made by people who are conscious and knowledgeable about this pesticides should be preferred less pests to the environment.
