Abstract (EN)
Supplier selection is critical in order to manage a correct supply chain flow. To choose a wrong supplier can impact the entire process to go wrongly. In the selection process, decision makers need to take into account conflicting goals and uncertainties of real life. Goal Programming technique which is one of the multi goal decision support techniques for prioritizing the objectives, is used quiet frequently. Fuzzy Logic is used for uncertainties in real life. In this thesis, multi objective decision support programming approach is proposed to choose a raw material supplier selection problem with three customers, three product types and four suppliers. An evaluation was made according to five target criteria to determine which products and how much each customer will purchase from which suppliers. Fuzzy AHP was used to determine the priority order of 5 different targets determined in the application. Afterwards, Fuzzy Logic is included where there is uncertainty with goal programming. And finally the model is solved in GAMS software and the results are overviewed.
