Abstract (EN)
In the frame of this study called ?Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making?, fuzzy multi criteriadecision making methods, which are developed to reach the best decision in the situations thatis necessary for many institution and people to evaluate with respect to more than one criteriaunder fuzziness, have been examined. In this direction, the approaches Laarhoven and Pedrycez [1983], Buckley [1985] and Chang[1996] which have developed in order to be use in fuzzy environment and each one extensionsof AHP have been examined with main characteristics. By means of fuzzy AHP approach, which is able to model the fuzzy structure of the real world as closely as possible and runninginteractively, giving weights to objectives through preemptions of user and going oninteracting in solution phase to find the best solution in the fuzzy environment, including bothfuzziness and multi-objectiveness, an application is done to select the best catering firmproviding the most customer satisfaction. The Topsis method was first proposed by Hwang and Yoon (1981) and bases upon theconcept that the chosen alternative should have the shortest distance from the positive idealsolution and the farthest from the negative ideal solution and Fuzzy Topsis was extended tothe fuzzy environment have been examined. Keywords : Decision Making, Fuzzy Logic, Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making Methods.
