Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is minimize the problems arising from the departmental differences in the top student of the faculty. In addition to this, it is tried to minimize the errors that occur in the case of early identification of the students. The transcripts of the students were collected and analyzed in detail. Each transcript is handled separately for Field knowledge, Profession and General Culture Courses. The notes in these transcripts were arranged with fuzzy parameters. The transferred data was evaluated through the algorithm we provided and a new sort was generated. In the findings of the study, it was seen that the ranking made at the end of the seventh period did not reflect the real order, and even some deficiencies emerged even when the first grade of faculty was made according to the eighth semester average for different programs. As a result, according to the new algorithm we have concluded that the ranking obtained is more realistic, academic and usable. By adding the necessary variables with this method, it can be thought that a new order can be made different faculties and even for different universities.
