Diagnosis of anemia using fuzzy logic technique

Abstract (EN)

Due to the accumulation of data in the field of medicine, different solution techniques has been introduced in various directions. Uses of computers in medical fields take an important place in the diagnosis and treatment of disease. Therefore, the importance of computer-aided decision systems increases consistently in terms of helping out a specialist. Nowadays, one of the most common diseases is anemia. A detailed examination is required in order to make the diagnosis of anemia disease. In this study, anemia disease has been determined by a neuro-fuzzy system called anfis to support the specialists before they apply any treatment to detect anemia. In the process of system design, data from patients had examined. In the received datasets, unused parameters were removed with remaining parameters, smart anemia diagnosis support system was designed by using genfis function of matlab's. In the second phase of the study, the degree of disease with anemia detected was determined by Mamdani inference system and Mom fuzzy method. Keywords: Fuzzy Logic, Anemia Disease
