The choice of project in today's companies is one of the common problems in managerial decision-making. Uncertainty and fuzziness makes the decision making process difficult. Resource incompleteness causes project selection decisions to be made with incomplete information. While quantitative methods are widely used in the selection of projects, ignoring qualitative data may lead to the failure of a project. The fuzzy logic approach allows us to make decisions using this ambiguity or uncertain data. The aim of this work is to propose a model among the candidate projects for a company in the construction sector to choose the project that best suits the purpose of this firm. In this work, a system for project selection was developed by using fuzzy logic. Many uncertain decision models were created by ignoring vague or missing information without ignoring the existing quantitative data. Our approach is based on reducing uncertainty.
