Abstract (EN)
Wind energy potential in our country is quite high. However, wind energy has entered the agenda of our country in the year 2000. On the contrary, the prominence has increased steadily, and investments have been accelerated since 2007. Although wind energy is late, investments are continuing to close the gap. One of the most important issues in wind energy investments is the location of the power plant. Many criteria such as wind potential, social influences, technique, transportation, cost affect the result of this selection. In this study, a solution proposal is presented by using fuzzy TOPSİS and fuzzy VİKOR methods for multi-criteria decision making of wind energy plant site selection. Expert information was obtained with the help of questionnaire, numerical analyzes were made in the direction of the results and the results were compared.
