Abstract (EN)

Fractional order modeling is nowadays a more realistic method than conventional methods in the system modeling. Particularly in the field of control engineering, systems modelling and designing with fractional order provides more useful results than conventional integer order modellings. In this thesis, the success of the fractional order PID(KDPID) controller, which was cited frequently in recent years, has been investigated on the control of the synchronization of fractional order chaotic systems by optimizing parameters. Besides, the circuit models of the KDPID controller and KD chaotic systems have been constituted, and it has been showed that these controllers and chaotic systems are applicable. The performance of controller has been increased by determining parameter and fractional order of the controller with fuzzy adaptive PSO method. In the literature, it has been seen that KD chaotic systems synchronization are applicable especially in communication systems. But synchronization speed is quite important for these studies. Because the quicker the synchronization, the less data lose. Therefore, synchronization control with KDPID method is both more robust against external factors and provides less synchronization time. Thus, according to SNR/BER rate the high communication noise performance is obtained. Besides, data rate can be increased because of the short bit time chosen according to arrival time to synchronization.
