Demands of IT users diversify year by year with using areas ascend in the 21th century. Cloud Computing appeared at the near future to decrease IT user's needs which include software,hardware, data mining and storing necessities related to Computer and its kind with utulizing web connection. In this thesis, it is examined why Cloud computing technology will be necessary and if there will not be an intrusive approach by Governments why it will be an indispensable technology in the near future. The survey questions answered by employees of IT companies that demand or supply Cloud Computing. SPSS program was used while analyzing datas. It was understood that Cloud Computing technology will be an indispensable technology in the near future after Survey results comprehensively analyzed.
