Abstract (EN)

Nowadays, various physical, chemical and biological dmethods are used in the synthesis of nanoparticles. Nanoparticles synthesized by the biological method work faster, safer, operate at lower temperatures and contain components that do not harm the environment. In this thesis, the silver nanoparticles were synthesized based on the principles of green chemistry. During synthesize, the extract obtained from the dried Dimrit grape growned in the Burdur region was used. The extract was obtained by boiling the dried Dimrit grape into water under reflux and then it was filtered. The synthesis was carried out in a dark environment at room temperature by adding AgNO3 onto the Dimrit grape extract. The characterization of the obtained nanoparticles were performed by UV-Vis, FTIR, TEM and XRD. The highest plazmon band for the nanoparticle is 451 nm and the average diameter of it is 30±11 nm. The synthesized silver nanoparticles are generally spherical in shape, but they also contain triangular and tetragonal shapes. In addition, the antibacterial properties of the synthesized silver nanoparticles were also found.
