Abstract (EN)
Alexander the Great was born at B.C 356 in Pella. He grew up under the influence of Greek culture throughout his childhood and youth. He brought together the Greek city-states organized in the form of police by his father, Philip the Second. Alexander wanted to implement the organization known as the unit management approach, which his father started, by establishing an empire around the world, and he succeeded in this request. Alexander took the throne at the age of 20, after his father died as a result of an assassination. His first action was to advance on the Great Prince Empire, and he fought three great wars within the scope of the "vengeance campaign" arising from the ongoing enmity with the Greek states and he was victorious from all of them. During his short stay on the throne, he succeeded in bringing almost the whole of the world under a single government. He carried Greek culture to the regions he annexed. Alexander, who had many successes in his short life, died at a young age (B.C 323). Hellenistic Culture, which represents Western culture and emerged by synthesizing Greek culture and Eastern culture, has provided the emergence of a common Socio-Cultural structure in geographies far from each other with its superior contagion power. It is possible to encounter Hellenistic cultural elements in different cultures in the historical process.
