Abstract (EN)

It is a region with a complex tectonic structure which contains many fault systems in Büyük Menderes Graben and its surroundings. Faults in the region cause stretching and compression in various directions and there is deformation in the environment. The variety of faults in the environment increases the complexity. The activities of the faults in the region are closely related to the frequency and magnitude of the earthquakes. These faults are covered with sedimentary layers. The faults in this region must be revealed in a very detailed way. In this study, seismic and gravity methods were chosen from geophysical methods to reveal the shallow shell structure in the region. The aforementioned methods are the most suitable methods for the investigation of shallow crustal and provide important information about the faults and tectonics in the region. Geological and tectonic model of the region will be obtained as a result of the correlation of the seismic reflection sections and the correlation with the gravity data.
