Abstract (EN)

Ja'far al-Sadiq, who was born in Medina in 80 hijri and demised here in 148 spent 52 years in the Umayyad State and the remaining sixteen years in the Abbasid State. Ja'far al-Sadiq, spent his life in a period of many scientific, intellectual and political problems. He is known as a mujtahid in fiqh in Ahl al-Sunnah and as a narrator of sika in hadiths. In the sources of Ahl al-Sunnah, Ja'far who narrated hadiths from famous scholars of his time, has many narrations in Qutub at-Tisa apart from Bukhari's Sahih. According to Shia, there is no difference between peygamber and imams in terms of hadith transmission. It is noteworthy that Ja'far, who is accepted as the sixth of the innocent imams according to the Ithnâashariya branch of Shia, is the source of the vast majority of hadiths narrated in Shiite sources. In the first section that includes two main chpters which consists of two main parts the period in which Ja'far al-Sadiq lived his life and personality are discussed in various aspects. In the second part, in order to determine his position in the science of hadith, his teachers, students, those who jarh and tadil his were discussed, and then the narrations from his in the Qutub at-Tisa were revealed. It is noteworthy that the majority of Ja'far al-Sadiq's narrations are related to law and that the majority of these narrations are from his father. In this study, it is seen that there are 175 narrations of Ja'far in Qutub at-Tisa, known as reliable hadith books belonging to Ahl al-Sunnah and when the duplicate ones are excluded the number of these narrations is 50. This 50 narrations are given based on the subject order of Muslim's Sahîh.
