Abstract (EN)
The calcium-zinc ferrite nano-particle with the formula of Ca0,75Zn0,25Fe2O4 was prepared by using the chemical co-precipitation method. The prepared sample was characterised by using X-Ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). XRD analysis indicates that Ca0,75Zn0,25Fe2O4 nanoparticle crystallizes in the cubic spinel phase. The crystallite size of the sample obtained from Debye Scherrer's equation was found to be 12.77 nm. The dielectric and impedance properties of Ca0,75Zn0,25Fe2O4 has been investigated in the frequency range from 20 Hz to 10 MHz and in the temperature range from 350 K to 700 K. The AC and DC conductivity of the prepared sample has been also presented and discussed in detail. Keywords: Ca-Zn ferrites, XRD, Dielectric properties, Co-precipitation method
