Here, we have try to bring up by means of examples that we establish from the various grammars and literary texts to the being defined and the usage forms of the case affixes in the Turkish Language of Turkey and the Kazakh Turkish Language as taking into consideration to this characteristics in our this study. The agglutinative languages bancly forms from the cases and the roots. The affixes is one too of the elements which provide to the fluency and the liveliness of the language.
