Özet (EN)

Natural stones have had an important place in the history of human existence. However, ceramics, like natural stones, continues to increase its presence in the lives of human beings day by day. Ceramic production is expanding its range day by day and the raw material resources it needs are also increasing. Depending on geological factors, the difficulty of continuous production of homogeneous and high quality raw materials is inevitable. In recent years, enrichment plants have been established in our country to increase the quality of raw materials used in the ceramic and glass industry and different raw materials are being sought as an alternative to decreasing raw material resources. Some of these raw materials are granite and feldspar rocks, which are natural stones. It is known that there are many mineral and rock deposits in Turkey to be used in industrial and artistic ceramic production. Some of them are losing their reserves, while others are being put into operation and put into use in order to serve the sectors. Feldspar and granite raw materials, which have an important place in the ceramic sector, have recently been the subject of more research.
