Abstract (EN)
This research, titled as Ontological Fundamentals in Contemporary Abstract Art, has been constructed in four main sections that focus on the effects of conceptual abstraction over ontological entities, ontological abstracts, ontological aesthetic and ontological phenomena. In the first section of the research and under the title of ?Social Transformation Culture from Modernism to Postmodernism, the process of social modernizing has been taken as base with the concept of modernity and after determining modernism as a social theory based on scientific developments of the period, many views and criticize have been applied to postmodern society, postmodern circumstances and postmodern philosophy. In the second section under the title ?A Morphologic Construction in the Process of Modern and Postmodern Art by means of ?Abstracting? Tendencies in Modernizing?, the section has examined how modern art is considered and handled by referring to the development processes of modernism related to the general abstract provided in the first section for the concepts of modern and postmodern social scientific structure and thus, by detecting idioms and symbols related to variable examples referred as ?contemporary abstract?, fundamentals between the relationship of post-art periods, which prepare the postmodern conceptual scope under the name of conceptual art, and contemporary abstract have been detected. With such a detection applied and once the relationships among concept, art, language and design structure based conceptual art and structure-concept constituted parameters were determined, the Art and Language Group activities have been examined which carry semiotic tendencies, that of which conceptual phenomena put forward, into the field of philosophy and thus realized to pass on to the research process of the ontological structure of art within philosophic relationships with a phenomenological approach. In the third section and under the title of ?Contemporary Abstract Art Philosophic Relationships in Ontological Fundamentals and Ontological Theories in Conceptual Contemporary Abstraction?, the ontological theory of abstract has been tried to be constructed. Here, initially, general information related to ontological theories has been provided. Furthermore, the phenomenological philosophy related to the contextual dimensions of contemporary abstract has been extended by uniting the conceptual ontological abstract from a contextual dimension to an ontological dimension. Here, the phenomena philosophy has been considered as a whole in metaphysics by determining conceptual abstraction by means of its context and structure in a global content of ontological contemporary abstraction. As for in the latter stage, it has been tried to analyze the critics of Roman Ingarden and Nicolai Hartmann pointing their opinion that contemporary abstract art does not consist of a periodical structure in means of contemporary abstraction as it is in figurative art. Preceding this process and in the last part of this section a ?conceptual analysis theory? which is namely ?The System of an Analytic Hierarchic Structure?; once again an ontological phenomena was put forward as an experimental proposal by means of an alternative to the theories supported by Roman Ingarden and Nicolai Hartmann based on the main principles pointed out previously with a critical approach. As for in the fourth section and under the title ?Psycho-Typological Conceptual Contemporary abstraction in Structuring and Analytic Structuring in Ontological Basics? it has been focused on the possible relationships between the structuring tendencies, which are effected by perceptional psychology within the scope of behavioral sciences of the Systems of an Analytic Hierarchic Structure that is to represent the ontology theoretic structure of contemporary abstract art. By such means, the ontological basics mentioned previously have been compared with the perceptional tendencies according to the data from Gestalt?s psychological view and further explained with the named concepts of icons, iconic structures and iconic abstract in relation with the Systems of Analytic Hierarchic Structures. Preceding and finally, the Global Axis System has been defined in the main figure and thus contemporary abstract drawings have been examined structurally produced with by the means of modern and postmodern contents referring to conceptual contemporary abstraction within the scope of the system. Therefore, the process has progressed towards the scheduled conclusion.Key Words: Modern, Postmodern, Society, Contemporary, Abstract, Philosophy, Hartmann, İngarden, Schumacher, Sol Lewitt, Kosuth, Duchamp, Theorical, Onthology, Existing, Phenomen, Phemenology, Critic, Metaphysics, Concept, Conceptual, Form, Content, Forming, icon, iconic, Perception, image, Symbol, Analysis, Analitic, Hierarchic, Structur, Structural, Spherical, Axial, System, Systematic, Linguistic, indicator, Semiotic, Relation, Design, Deduction, induction, Psychology, Experimental
