Jāḥiẓ and its place in the Arabic language

In this study, Abu ʿUthman ʿAmr b. Baḥr b. Maḥbūb is the subject of "Jāḥiẓ and Its Place in the Arabic Language". He is "al-Kinānī" and "el-Leys̠ī" because he is a member of the Leys̠ tribe, a branch of the Kināne tribe. "al-Baṣrī" because he was born in Baṣra. Since he belonged to the Muʿtazila sect, he was described as "al-Muʿtezilī". He lived between the years of Anno Hijra 150-255 (Anno Domini 767-864). This work, titled "Jāḥiẓ and Its Place in Arabic Language", consists of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction part, the subject, purpose, importance, method and basic sources of the study are mentioned. In the first chapter, his life and works are examined in detail. In the second part, firstly, "Arabic language" was explained, then the scope of the general title "The Place of Jāḥiẓ in Arabic Language" was narrowed down and his views on nahw and nahw method, which are one of the most important sciences of the Arabic language, were discussed. In the conclusion part, the data obtained in the study were transferred as articles.
