Abstract (EN)

The perception of organizational justice; can be stated as how employees perceive the attitudes and behaviours they face with in an organization. In other saying; it means protection of equality and truth by the authority, to behave ethically to the employees and employees' to perceive individual and organizational results as fair. While the cynicism, is the term that tries to explain the person's thoughts, who accepts that an individual looks out for oneself and thinks so as everyone is self-interested. The aim of this study is to examine the relation between justice perception of the employees, who work in logistic sector, and organizational cynicism. The dimensions of justice perception and cynicism were analysed by handling different ways. The examination contains 47 logistic companies in İstanbul. In this context, different survey questions, that evaluates the justice perception and cynicism, were asked to the employees in this sector. Acquired results were interpreted in line with the datas mentioned in first two parts. According to the acquired findings, avoidant significant relation, between sub dimensions of each justice perception and cynicism, was determined.
