Domestic problems of working women: The example of Ardahan province

This study addresses the domestic problems that arise as an increasing number of women participate in employment in modern society. Working women's efforts to balance both their work-life responsibilities and family obligations bring about many difficulties and conflicts. In this context, in this thesis, the domestic problems faced by working women, the causes, effects and solution suggestions of these problems are examined in detail. The data obtained reveals the impact of factors such as working women's roles within the family, child care problems, marital adjustment, time management problems, work-life balance and the existence of support systems on family dynamics. The results of the study provide important data in terms of understanding mothers' attitudes and thoughts about working life. As a result, this study provides a deep understanding of the roles of working mothers in the family, social expectations and the dynamics of their work lives in Ardahan, and also contributes to the literature in this field. The findings of the research are an important resource for policy makers and relevant institutions in raising awareness on women's employment and family problems.
