Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, the relationships between working women's perceptions of organizational justice and gender equality were examined. In the study, data were collected from 300 female participants working in various sectors in Istanbul. As a result of the analysis of the data, it was determined that there was a positive and high level correlation between the perception of organizational justice and the perception of gender equality. The findings of the study show that organizational justice positively affects the perception of gender equality. These results suggest that fair practices in organizations can contribute to the perception of gender equality and this can increase employees' motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
