Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study, which was prepared as a Master's Thesis, is to examine the effects of employee satisfaction on job satisfaction and service quality in the Hotel and Tourism Sector, the relationship between employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction, and the applications aimed at increasing employee motivation depending on the results obtained after practically observing and testing the relationship, the effects of job satisfaction on customer satisfaction, the positive gains of customer satisfaction on company performance, and the main elements of empowering employees and ensuring workplace loyalty in the relationship between employee motivation and job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of employee satisfaction, performance in the tourism and accommodation sector. In this study, it was empirically examined through a survey in 5 major Tourism Licensed hotels in Turkey and it was also analyzed whether there were positive relationships between employee satisfaction, service quality, customer satisfaction and company performance. In this context, during the research process, I tried to benefit from the books of many academics, businessmen, hotel managers and executive coaches in the accommodation sector, both from our country and abroad. Classical and modern approach theories on the subject were included.
