Özet (EN)

Aviation sector is a working area in which work stress and anxiety are at high levels due to the intensity of the work and its structure that does not accept any mistakes. The purpose of the present study was to examine the work stress and anxiety levels of the individuals working at the airport, and to investigate the relations between their work stress and State-Trait Anxiety levels. The survey form that consisted of 4 sections and 49 statements was used as the data collection tool in the study, which was conducted with 110 participants who were working at Havaş Ground Services at Adana Airport. The SPSS 25.0 Program was used for data analyses. As a result of the study, it was found that many of the participants consisted of the employees who had D-level work stress, which is the most favorable level of work stress in terms of health and productivity. The fact that the level of work stress perceived by many of the participants was at high levels indicates that the recruitment of potential people who can work calmly and who can make the right choice was made in the institution, without exaggerating the business in difficult conditions, such as the airport. There were no statistically significant relations between the work stress and State-Trait Anxiety scores of the employees.
