Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of this study is to identify the impact of employee perception of corporate social responsibility on organizational commitment.The study consists of three main parts. First and second parts consist of theoretical framework which explains the concepts of corporate social responsibility and organizational commitment. In the third part, a survey aiming to identifiy the impact of employee perception of corporate social responsibility on organizational commitment in the banking sector is examined.The survey carried out with 193 employees working in a public deposit bank, a private deposit bank and a foreign deposit bank. The research results were evaluated by frequency spectrum according to variables, the Spearman Correlation analysis and Kruskall-Wallis H test using SPSS 15.0 software.The results of the survey, indicated a statistically significant relationship between perception of corporate social responsibility and organizational commitment. When a comparision was made between the banks, the most powerful impact of employee perception of corporate social responsibilty on organizational commitment was found in the foreign deposit bank, while the public deposit bank has the weakest impact.
