Abstract (EN)
Motivation is the most influential phenomenon in shaping human relationships. The aim of all institutions and enterprises is to direct the efforts of the people to their goals.. It is very important for individuals to be willing to do the work they are aiming to finish and to have adopted the work they want to do. The level of motivation depends on what people feel about the job. Taking and meeting the needs and wishes of the employees has a great role in the success of the institutions and organizations. Satisfaction with job satisfaction is directly proportional to the level of attainment. Businesses and institutions that have successful staffs are able to work more effectively and efficiently and reach their goals more easily. Workers motivating themselves and achieving inner peace can only be achieved with sufficient motivation. Workers motivating themselves and achieving inner peace can only be achieved with sufficient motivation. This study examines the motivation of those who work and the effect of this motivation on their performance and job satisfaction.
