The effect of motivation of employees on their performances: A research in private educational institutions in Beylikdüzü

Today, the need for special education institutions is increasing. It is necessary to choose to meet this requirement and to work by increasing their service quality. The main condition for this is the increase in efficiency and performance. Businessesespecially aim to increase performance by increasing employee motivation. The purpose of this study is for the effects of educators in the private education sector, how work motivation is reflected in their performance. This research was conducted with multiple regression.
