Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of self efficacy perceptions of individuals who are performing as doctors and nurse, on their occupational commitment. In this study, occupational commitment was handled as three-dimensional and it was aimed to examine the effect of self efficacy perception on these three dimensions separately. For this purpose, data were collected from 288 doctors and nurses working in Kastamonu. In order to collect data questionnaires were used. For analyses SPSS 20.0 program was used. The collected data were analysed by frequency, factor, reliability, correlation and regression analyses. It has been reached that self efficacy perceptions of employees have a positive and meaningful effect on occupational commitment, affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment.
