Search on attitudes of employees towards leisure time & life quality

The aim of this study is to search behaviour of people in leisure time and life quality in perspective of sociodemographic factors.Study group includes 405 blue colour & whıte colour employees, working in Gaziantep & Kahramanmaraş. Leisure time satisfaction level is measured with leisure time satisfaction scale which is developped by Beard & Ragheb(1980 )& translated to Turkish by Gokçe and friends.Life satisfaction level is measured with Life Quality Scale for Workers which is developed by Stamm(2005) and translated to Turkısh by Yeşil &frıends (2010). İnputs have been analysed with SPSS22.0 programme in consıderıng sub-dimensions.On these analyses we take advantages of Kruskal Wallis ,Mann Whitney U,Spearman rho correlaation techniques. It is seen from symptoms that there is a positive medium relationship between leisure time satisfaction and life quality satisfaction ,found relation on 36 level.(p<0,05). Life Quality satisfaction has been scale up by increasing leisure time satisfaction. Relaxing & distructive Leisure time which is apart from mandotory effects workers in a positive way.
