A research on the effect of employees' participation in strategic decisions on motivation and job satisfacti̇on

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and motivation levels of working individuals' participation in strategic decision making processes. The sample of this research consists of 250 health personnel selected according to the convenience sampling method. Parametric tests, correlation, regression and factor analysis were used for data analysis. According to the results of the analysis, there is a positive relationship between the motivation of the employees and their job satisfaction. This relationship shows statistical significance. There is a positive and significant relationship between the motivation levels of the employees and their participation in strategic decisions. In addition, a significant relationship was found between the level of participation in strategic decisions and job satisfaction and it was found to be positive. According to the results of the regression analysis, it is also seen that the participation of employees in strategic decisions has an effect on employee motivation and job satisfaction.
