Organizations needs to use its human resources efficiently and effectively to succeed. In this context, organizations must ensure the organizational commitment of employees and ensure that they act in accordance with the objectives and common values of the organization. Because organizational commitment refers to the loyalty of employees to the organization and the strength of the connection they feel with the organization. The stronger the link and the stronger the organizational commitment, the more likely that employees are less likely to display counterproductive work behaviors.
