Abstract (EN)

Work value is a concept which is indicating personal line of vision and personal expectations from life. Organizations as a part of society form of people with different work values. This difference originates from socialization experiences of each person.All societies which generated by organizations have own values as well. The so-called values have shaped by values of people who form the society. Beliefs, culture and values of societies have been changed in information century named as changing is unavoidable. Social values have been changed by transition to information society in particular. The transformation at issue affects organizational and individual values as well.Work values which is providing steady and success to organizations have different importance in terms of managers and white color workers in particular. Manager values shape current and future values of organizations. Human resource department providing communication in organization has the biggest role as imposing values under discussion to workers.This paper with the so-called aim indicates nowadays work values with measuring work values of human resource managers and candidate for this position in white goods organizations in Manisa.
