Efficiency of inspection in working life and new model proposal for inspection

Working life has always taken an important place in the Turkish administrative system and society. Audit subject is an integral part of working life. Considering that the risks that may arise as a result of the inability to fully control the working life will increase, the phenomenon of auditing constitutes an important pillar of the working life. In the current situation, an audit organization is in force in a three-part structure such as social security inspectorate, social security inspectorate and ministry labor inspectorate. Considering the public interest instead of this understanding, ensuring uniformity in the control of working life, eliminating the uncertainty of the authority to be resorted to in terms of solving the problems encountered by the employees and the insured in working life, in working life; Dealing with a single supervisor on many issues that are similar or related to each other, such as insurance, occupational accidents with death and injury, wages, notice and severance pay, annual leave and unregistered employment, exposure of employers in working life to the examination of three different supervisors It is clear that these problems should be resolved with a single inspection unit of the state and in a shorter period of time for the insured. In the context of our study; It is suggested that the Ministry's Inspection Board be re-established and that administrative inspection and inspection of working life should be separated from each other. The establishment of the inspection group presidencies as a service unit should be based on combining the SGK inspectorate, SGK inspectorate and Ministry labor inspectorate with the title of "Labour and Social Security Inspector" under the roof of "Labor and Social Security Guidance and Inspection Presidency.
