Generation Z, which has developed a unique structure in a different way from other generations, tries to initiate those changes and those changes start to find a new ground in the current work life. In this study, since generation studies still are not conducted enough to explain Turkey's generations, we have used especially western studies and the studies which is newly conducted and understand Turkey's generations. Germany was chosen to evaluate alongside Turkey, because of the close relationship between two countries or many years and, Germany's generations period were analyzed and compared with Turkey's generations. These evaluations have been carefully examined in the context of the concept of conflicts in the organizations. The relationship between the conflicts and the generations is examined and two countries' different approaches and solutions for the conflicts caused by the generations are mentioned. We have also tried to analyze the effects of differences between generations with a qualitative study conducted in Germany and Turkey.
