Proactive approaches and practices in the worklife in terms of inspection and oversight

Globalization world order has increased industrialization all over the World and has transformed the large proportion of the suburban population to urbanized society. This transformation brought along the increase of the studies about work safety regulations across the world. As a requirement of the social state, employee rights turned into state controlled matter. Therefore, workplace inspections, become a field of study for every leading or developing countries. This thesis is going to focus on the emphasis of the influences of proactive workplace inspections. After terms have been defined in this thesis, examples will be given from the various sectors to show the effects of the proactive inspections.
