All movements of change and development occurring in the world is also closely affected women, the employment of female labor force increased rapidly day by day. Social change, the increase in educational opportunities, legal regulations and the development of new forms of work have led to more women in the labor market. This is positive development for all communities in general. But women in working life, gender-based discrimination in the labor force than men because of the low pay practices, workplace sexual harassment, hiring, job placement and promotion processes are facing many problems such as inequality. To eliminate these problems and find solutions to a variety of national and international level, many organizations have developed policies. The goal is to provide social justice and prosperity. Today, this is in progress.The purpose of this study, which is a controversial issue from the past to the present day,
