Abstract (EN)

To ensure the efficient and effective operation of the human resources policies in the organizations, the organizational justice perceptions of the employees need to be supportive of the organizational commitment formation. Should the employees perceive any injustice due to any element such as promotion, assignment, wage level, working conditions, sharing of organizational resources, distribution of rewards, performance assessment, it will be inevitable for them to lose motivation and performance and thus lose their commitment to the organization. When the organization employees perceive injustice, they demonstrate a negative attitude towards the institution they work in, their superiors, colleagues and the whole organization depending on the intensity of this injustice. In this sense, it is considered that this study would be useful in determining the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment. The purpose of this research is to determine at a public bank the relationship between the justice and commitment levels towards the organization the employees are within, and render this research as a source for future studies. For this aim, the research was conducted at T.C. Ziraat Bank, being a public bank with a significant position within the Turkish banking sector, the data related with organizational justice and organizational commitment were interpreted, and it has been determined that these two concepts contained significant relations within themselves and depending on certain demographic variables.
