Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACTIt has been seen very large problems in processing pine nut which is an agricultural products having very large potential in our country. The most important of these problems are losing time of pine nuts separated from the cones or losing in product quality with boiling. In this thesiss, drying using heat pump and solar energy of industrial purposes pine nut in a dryer and investigation of experimentally energy analysis with manufacture and design a system carry out pine nut separating from the cones are purposed. Colour, smell, taste and aroma of pine nut will be desired conditions with perform drying until last moisture content. Without any difference from natural drying, the drying will continue to process on an industrial scale in summer and winter conditions and will contribute to the economy.The moisture of the air passing over the air-dried product increases in conventional drying systems and this hot and humid air is discharged from the system. This process cause energy loses in the drying applications. In this thesis, solar energy and heat pump system will be used and as needed, the moisture of air of the system will be captured on the cold surface. At the same time, effect on performance parameters will be determined experimentally in the drying system using solar energy and heat pump.Consequently, the system will run in optimum working conditions to reduce energy costs and therefore huge energy savings will be achieved. Considering the properties of the drying product, temperature, moisture and air velocity also controlled by help of computer in accordance with product standards, using technical drying method and the opening of pine cones will be provided by drying as quality. For this purpose, a system to process the pine nut and dryer will be designed based on 24 hours work.Because of pine nuts dried not used technical methods, some quality deteriorations are concerned and this is adversely affected on product quality. In this research which will be done, energy saving and reduction of investment costs and high quality of dried products have been targeted by drying technic method in the dryer under computer control, using heat pump and solar energy .
